Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It keeps the packs worth paying for and the Service safe for everyone.

You may

• use your pack for your own study, on any of your devices;
• print the study guide PDF for your own use;
• talk about topics, concepts and your results with others.

You may not

1. Share your account, or your access, with anyone else. One account is for one person.
2. Copy, publish, sell or distribute our questions, answers, explanations or study guide, in whole or in substantial part. That includes posting them to forums, "exam dump" sites, shared drives, social media or AI tools that others can query.
3. Scrape or bulk-download content. Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, except a normal browser.
4. Attack or overload the Service. Don't probe or bypass security, access limits or payments, and don't interfere with other users.
5. Misuse sign-in or payments. Don't use someone else's email or payment method, and don't make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.
6. Break the law, or use the Service to break the rules of an exam provider. For example, don't share real exam questions you've seen; ServiceNow's certification rules prohibit that.

If this policy is broken

We may limit, suspend or end access without refund, as the Terms of Service §8 says. Where content has been shared, we may also take steps to have it removed.

Reporting

Email support@getuprep.com to report a misuse or a security issue. If you find a security weakness, please tell us privately before making it public, and give us reasonable time to fix it.
